Pizza with white cheese cubes
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: red onions, olive oil, mix for pizza bottom (450 g), raisins, pine nuts, sundried tomatoes (pot a 280 g), red pesto and white cheese cubes.

Peel onions and cut into rings.

Heat oil in frying pan and gently smother onion in approx.

10 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 225 ºC or gas mark 5.

Prepare the pizza dough according to the operating instructions.

Roll out the dough and distribute it over the baking sheet.

Mix onion with raisins and pine nuts.
-
Cut tomatoes into strips and mix them with onion mixture.

Spread the dough with pesto.
-
Spread onion mixture and sprinkle with pepper.
-
Crumble cheese cubes above it.

Cook the pizza in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.

Delicious with head lettuce with yoghurt dressing..
