Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut the baguettes in half lengthwise and hollow them out. Make half of the bread filling fine (for example in the food processor).

Finely chop the garlic and the parsley. Mix the crushed bread filling with the garlic, parsley and Italian herbs through the minced meat.

Add the salt and generous black pepper and knead everything together well. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and mix the half and the olives through the minced meat.

Fill the halved baguettes with the minced meat mixture and press it down well.

Cut the tomato into slices and put it on. Divide the mozzarella, olives and herbs. Grind a little pepper over it and drip olive oil over it.
