Directions

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into strips. Peel the ginger and cut into slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok. Stir-fry the ginger and stir-fry mix 1 min.
  3. Add the coconut milk, chicken and the water and bring to the boil.
  4. Add the stir-fry noodles and spice mix from the package and stir the noodles after 1 min. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  5. Remove the ginger. Cut the coriander coarse and garnish the soup.
