Grilled pork chop with paprika and cheddar
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, dried thyme, paprika, sunflower oil, rib chops, roasted peppers ((a 465 g jar), drained) and cheddar (cheese control department).
Sprinkle thyme, 1/2 tsp.
Of paprika, salt and pepper with oil.
Pour chops with herb oil and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
Let the grill pan get hot.
Place chops in it and grill for 5 minutes.
Place the peppers on an upright edge of the grill pan and fry the pork chops for another 5 minutes.
Turning the fire low.
Put warm peppers and slices of cheddar on each chop.
Let the cheese melt in 1-2 minutes.
Place chops on plate and sprinkle 1/2 tsp of paprika over cheese.
Tasty with boiled potatoes and cauliflower..
