Couscous with dates, jalapeño peppers and white cheese
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: couscous, olive oil, red onion (finely chopped), jalapeño peppers ((225 g), drained), dates (seedless, bag of 250 g), herb stock (of tablet), honey, butter and white cheese cubes .

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Spread couscous with oil, onion, half of jalapeño peppers and half of dates in greased baking dish.

Heat broth.
-
Melt honey with butter in hot stock and pour stock mixture over couscous.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cover the oven dish with aluminum foil and heat in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.

Remove foil and sprinkle cheese cubes over it.

Cook the dish for another 5 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remainder of dates and jalapeñopepers..
