Beef tartar with rice and broccoli
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fast cooking rice (pack 400 g), olive oil, garlic (chopped), onion (chopped), beef tarts, broccoli (in florets), lamb's lettuce (75 g) and grated coconut (bag of 98 g).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil and fry the garlic and onion for 1 min.

Add the tarttails and fry in approx.

10 min.

Times regularly.

Meanwhile, cook the broccoli in 4 minutes until al dente.

Drain.

Divide the rice over 4 plates.

Spoon the broccoli and the lamb's lettuce next to it and place the tarttails with the onion on top.
