Pilav with minced meat, raisins and spinach
Eastern rice dish with minced beef, garlic, oregano, raisins, pine nuts and spinach.

Heat the broth.

Slice the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat with the garlic and oregano in 3 minutes.

Add the raisins and pine nuts and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the rice and cook for 1 min. Pour in the stock and cook the rice on low heat with the lid on the pan in 15 minutes until done.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan. Add the spinach in parts and let it shrink all the time. Drain.

Spoon the spinach through the rice. Season with salt and pepper.
