Pilav with minced meat, raisins and spinach


Eastern rice dish with minced beef, garlic, oregano, raisins, pine nuts and spinach.

Directions

  1. Heat the broth.
  2. Slice the garlic.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat with the garlic and oregano in 3 minutes.
  4. Add the raisins and pine nuts and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the rice and cook for 1 min. Pour in the stock and cook the rice on low heat with the lid on the pan in 15 minutes until done.
  6. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan. Add the spinach in parts and let it shrink all the time. Drain.
  7. Spoon the spinach through the rice. Season with salt and pepper.
