Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, clove, cinnamon and cayenne pepper for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Add the bouillon tablet, the ketchup and the water and reduce to a half on medium heat. This takes about 8 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and put the sauce in a heat-resistant high bowl. Break the chocolate into pieces and add.

Puree with the hand blender into a smooth sauce. If necessary, season with salt.

Cut the chicken fillet into long strips and sprinkle with salt if necessary. Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the chicken in 7 min. Golden brown and done.

Place on a plate and serve the sauce separately. Yummy! .
