Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan. Add the flour and cook for 5 minutes. Add the stock and stir until smooth. Let boil for 10 minutes.

  7. Repeat until the ingredients are gone. Make as many layers as possible. Finish with mozzarella. Fry the lasagne in approx. 30 minutes until golden brown and done.
