Lasagna with green vegetables
Lasagna with courgettes, snow peas, asparagus, garden peas and mozzarella.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Heat the butter in a pan. Add the flour and cook for 5 minutes. Add the stock and stir until smooth. Let boil for 10 minutes.

Grate the Grana Padano. Add the whipped cream and 100 gr (per 8 persons) of the Grana Padano. Stir until it is melted. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the zucchini and mozzarella into thin slices. Cook the zucchini, asparagus tips and snow peas for 2 minutes. Drain and mix with the garden peas.

Grease the oven dish. Pour some sauce into the baking dish and cover with lasagne sheets. Pour some sauce again and distribute some vegetables.

Sprinkle with the rest of the Grana Padano and season with pepper. Cover with lasagne sheets, some sauce and mozzarella.

Repeat until the ingredients are gone. Make as many layers as possible. Finish with mozzarella. Fry the lasagne in approx. 30 minutes until golden brown and done.
