Tortilla with paprika and chorizo
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, chorizo sausage (diced), solid potatoes, onions (in rings), garlic (in slices), eggs, spicy cheese (coarsely chopped) and red pepper (in pieces).

Fry 2 tbsp oil in large frying pan and chorizo for 5 minutes on soft heat.

Meanwhile, clean potatoes and cut into thin slices.

Take Chorizo out of the pan.

Add onion, garlic and potato to the frying pan of chorizo in frying pan and cover over low heat in 10-12 min.

Until cooked but not brown.

Spoil occasionally.

Dice eggs with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix cheese, chorizo, paprika and potato mixture with egg.

Spread the egg mixture directly over the bottom of the frying pan and fry tortilla over medium-high heat for 10-15 min.

Until the top is dry.

If necessary, use lids and bottom for 2-3 min.

Let tortilla cool for 10 minutes and cut into 8 points.

Divide over four boards.
