Ingredients
- 40 gram butter
- 40 milliliters liquid baking product
- 500 gram lean ham
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 100 gram smoked bacon cubes
- 1 onion in rings
- 1 winter carrot deleted, in slices
- 350 milliliters White wine
- 350 milliliters Red wine
- 150 milliliters cooking cream
- 250 gram mushroom halved
- 2 tablespoon celeriac coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoon flat leaf parsley coarsely chopped

Directions

Heat the butter. Sprinkle the hampen with salt, pepper and paprika and bake them around brown. Remove the hampen from the pan.

Stir-fry the bacon cubes, onion and winter carrot for 3 minutes in the shortening. Add the meat and pour the wine and cream over it. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Add the mushrooms for the last 10 minutes of the stew time.

Remove the hampen from the pan and keep it warm under aluminum foil. Let the sauce reduce slightly.

Serve the dish sprinkled with celery or parsley.
