Mushroom burgers with spicy cilantro sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh white bread, cashew nuts (unsalted), large mushrooms (a 175 g), shallots, (corn) oil, fresh coriander (a 15 g), chili sauce (bottle), mediumsherry, oyster sauce and egg ( split (protein is not used)).

Cut crusts of bread and crumble bread in the kitchen machine.

Cashew nuts briefly; not completely grinding.

Do it in bowl.

Clean mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into pieces.

Mushrooms in two parts in food processor puree into a loose, not too fine mixture.

Chop the scallops and finely chop.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan.

3/4 of the shallot for approx.

2 min.

Mushrooms about 3 min.

Drain mixture into fine sieve.

Cut coriander finely.

Season the chilli sauce, 1 tbsp sherry, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, coriander and the rest of shallot to a sauce.

Combine mushroom mixture, breadcrumb mixture, rest of sherry, oyster sauce and egg yolk until firm mass.

Season with salt and pepper.

Forming of flat 4 citizens.

Heat residual oil in frying pan with non-stick coating.
-
Citizens in about 6 minutes around brown and cooked.

Serve with cilantro sauce.
