Mushroom burgers with spicy cilantro sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh white bread, cashew nuts (unsalted), large mushrooms (a 175 g), shallots, (corn) oil, fresh coriander (a 15 g), chili sauce (bottle), mediumsherry, oyster sauce and egg ( split (protein is not used)).

Directions

  1. Cut crusts of bread and crumble bread in the kitchen machine.
  2. Cashew nuts briefly; not completely grinding.
  3. Do it in bowl.
  4. Clean mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into pieces.
  5. Mushrooms in two parts in food processor puree into a loose, not too fine mixture.
  6. Chop the scallops and finely chop.
  7. Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan.
  8. 3/4 of the shallot for approx.
  9. 2 min.
  10. Mushrooms about 3 min.
  11. Drain mixture into fine sieve.
  12. Cut coriander finely.
  13. Season the chilli sauce, 1 tbsp sherry, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, coriander and the rest of shallot to a sauce.
  14. Combine mushroom mixture, breadcrumb mixture, rest of sherry, oyster sauce and egg yolk until firm mass.
  15. Season with salt and pepper.
  16. Forming of flat 4 citizens.
  17. Heat residual oil in frying pan with non-stick coating.
  18. Citizens in about 6 minutes around brown and cooked.
  19. Serve with cilantro sauce.
  20. Tasty with rice and green lettuce..
