Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the mince in a stirring flask.
  2. Sprinkle the paprika powder, oregano, some salt and pepper and pour onion and paprika.
  3. Bake for another three minutes.
  4. Add the black beans with liquid, corn grits and tomato cubes with juice and stir well.
  5. Bring everything to the boil while stirring and let it simmer slowly for ten minutes.
  6. Stir frequently.
  7. Sprinkle the parsley before serving.
