Meatballs with sauce


A delicious scandinavian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, half-to-half-minced, onion (grated), breadcrumbs, milk, celery (leaves finely chopped), butter, beef fondness (a 380 ml), cooking cream light (bottle 250 ml), Japanese soy sauce and all-in-one.

Directions

  1. Mix the mince with the onion, the breadcrumbs, the milk and half of the celery. Knead everything together. Add pepper and salt. Turn 20 balls of the minced meat with wet hands.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Put the balls in and put the fire low. Roast the balls in 20 min. Brown and done. Times regularly.
  3. Meanwhile, bring the fond with the cream to the boil. Add the soy sauce and bind with the all-tie stirring. Serve the balls with the sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the celery.
