                                Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fruit, the onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and clove 2-3 minutes.

                                Add the stock and ketchup and cook on medium to half.
- 
                                Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the chicken strips in 8-10 minutes until golden brown and done.
