Directions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fruit, the onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and clove 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the stock and ketchup and cook on medium to half.
  3. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the chicken strips in 8-10 minutes until golden brown and done.
  4. Roast the almonds in the rest of the oil until golden brown. Melt the chocolate in the boiled broth and puree until smooth.
  5. Serve the chicken with the sauce and sprinkle with the almonds.
  6. Delicious with white rice and a tomato salad.
