Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Chop the onion finely. Cut the zucchini into cubes. Cut the tomatoes into slices.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions for 1 min. Add the minced meat and fry in 2-3 min. Add the courgette and cook for 3 minutes.

Spoon the tomato sauce and add pepper and salt to taste. Remove the pan from the heat.

Grease the oven dish. Spoon the pasta through the tomato-minced meat sauce and place in the baking dish.

Cut the mozzarella into slices.

Cover the pasta with the tomatoes and the mozzarella. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
