Stir-fried sprouts with sausage and mushrooms


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sprouts ((500 g), cleaned), beef sausages (4 pieces), smoked bacon cubes (duobakje a 250 g), onion (in half rings), garlic (chopped), mushrooms ((250 g), in quarters) and red peppers (in strips).

Directions

  1. Boil the sprouts in water with salt in approx. 8 minutes until al dente.
  2. Cut open the sausages and remove the meat. Turn balls the size of sprouts.
  3. Heat a frying pan or wok and fry the bacon cubes in approx. 5 minutes. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the meat balls and cook until cooked in approx. 6 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, pour the sprouts and add to the pan. Add the mushrooms and peppers and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir fry for another 2 minutes and spread over 4 plates. Delicious with mashed potatoes.
