Cook the sweet potatoes in salt for about 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Halve the peppers in the length and remove the seed lists. Drain the potatoes and crush them with the garlic, olive oil, egg, salt and pepper. Put the olives through.

Fill the pepper halves with the mashed potatoes and sprinkle with the feta. Place the stuffed peppers side by side in an oven dish and cook in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.
