Indian carrot soup with coriander and cheese
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: oil, ready-to-cook potato cubes, mild Indian curry paste, carrot julienne (150 g), carrot juice, tomato cubes (400 g), lemon juice, fresh coriander (finely chopped) and white cheese (diced).

Heat oil in pan.

Potato cubes 5 min.

Add curry paste and carrot julienne and fry.

Add carrot juice, tomato cubes with juice and lemon juice.

Bring the soup to the boil while stirring and let it cook gently for 3 minutes.

Season with salt.

Create soup in wide bowls.

Sprinkle coriander and cheese cubes into it.
