Tortilla with pork and apricots
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, celery, green peppers, sunflower oil, pork strips (about 300 g), Soft Taco Dinner (362 g), veded apricots (bag of 200 g), salted cashew nuts (bag of 150 g) and friséesla (200 g).

Clean and wash celery and sweet peppers and cut into pieces.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Cook the meat for about 3 minutes.

Spread the celery and paprika for 2 minutes.

Add seasoning mix (out of box) and 1.5 dl of water and gently simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cut apricots into pieces.

Cashew nuts coarsely chop.

Unload tortillas (out of box), stack them and package them in microwave foil.

Cook tortillas for 1 minute at full power (700 watts).

Drizzle apricots and cashew nuts through meat mixture and heat for 1 minute.

Fill tortillas with lettuce, meat mixture and taco sauce (out of box), and fold up..
