Dab the fish dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil and fry the fish for 2-3 minutes.

Remove the fish from the pan. Fry the onion and peppers for 3-4 minutes in the shortening and pour the tomatoes and beans through.

Heat the tortillas in the microwave for about 2 minutes at 800 watts so that they become more supple. Heat the oven grill. Scoop the fish cubes through the vegetable mixture and heat briefly.

Place the tortillas side by side and brush with the ketchup. Divide the fish mixture over it, roll up and place side by side in a low oven dish.

Brush the tortillas with some ketchup and sprinkle with the cheese. Grate under the oven grill.
