Mexican beef strips with baby cream, potato wedges and corn.

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix the beef strips with the oil and herb mix.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the potato wedges in 8 min. Golden brown.
  3. In the meantime, heat another skillet without oil or butter. Fry the beef strips in 3 min. Until golden brown and done.
  4. Halve the tomatoes and fry for 2 min on medium heat with the beef strips.
  5. Drain the corn and add to the potato wedges.
  6. Remove the leaves from the lettuce and spread over a flat dish.
  7. Spoon the meat with the tomatoes on the lettuce. Serve with the potato wedges and corn.
