In a bowl mix the beef strips with the oil and herb mix.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the potato wedges in 8 min. Golden brown.

In the meantime, heat another skillet without oil or butter. Fry the beef strips in 3 min. Until golden brown and done.

Halve the tomatoes and fry for 2 min on medium heat with the beef strips.

Drain the corn and add to the potato wedges.

Remove the leaves from the lettuce and spread over a flat dish.

Spoon the meat with the tomatoes on the lettuce. Serve with the potato wedges and corn.
