Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut each potato into 4 equal pieces. Boil in water with salt in 20 minutes until done.

  5. Roast golden brown in approx. 20 minutes and cook in the middle of the preheated oven. Spoon halfway.
  6. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the croquettes on medium heat in about 20 minutes around golden brown and done.
  7. Heat the milk in a saucepan. Drain the potatoes and mix with the milk and the rest of the butter until a smooth puree.
