Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Peel the potatoes and cut each potato into 4 equal pieces. Boil in water with salt in 20 minutes until done.

Cut the cauliflower into florets. Spread along with the oil, pepper and possibly salt over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Smash the garlic cloves with a knife. Put with the cauliflower.

Roast golden brown in approx. 20 minutes and cook in the middle of the preheated oven. Spoon halfway.

Heat the butter in a pan and fry the croquettes on medium heat in about 20 minutes around golden brown and done.

Heat the milk in a saucepan. Drain the potatoes and mix with the milk and the rest of the butter until a smooth puree.

Divide the puree, cauliflower and croquettes on the plates.
