Spicy beef skewer
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, eggplant (lengthwise in slices), zucchini (lengthwise in slices), olive oil, ground cumin (djinten), paprika powder, hot curry powder, sambal, steak ((free-range), diced ), red pepper (seed strips removed), balsamic vinegar (bottle 250 ml), mint ((15 g), the leaves in strips) and naan bread (garlic and coriander (a 240 g)).

Ingredients
- 1 eggplant lengthwise in slices
- 1 zucchini lengthwise in slices
- 4 el olive oil
- 1 tl ground cumin (djinten)
- 1 tl paprika
- 1 tl hot curry powder
- 1 tl sambal
- 300 g steak (free range), in cubes
- 1 Red pepper seed lists removed
- 2 el balsamic vinegar bottle of 250 ml
- 1 tray fresh mint (15 g), the leaves in strips
- 2 packages flatbread garlic and coriander (a 240 g)

Light the barbecue. Grill the aubergine 5-6 min. Regularly. Place on a plate and leave covered for 15 minutes. Grill the zucchini 3 minutes. Regularly. Place on a plate and let cool.

Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp oil in a saucepan over low heat. Add the cumin, the paprika powder and curry powder and gently heat for 2 minutes. Add the sambal and 1 tsp salt from the heat. Mix this marinade through the meat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes. Thread the steak on the pins.

Cut the pepper into strips. Beat a dressing of the rest of the oil and the vinegar, add the pepper. Cut the aubergine and zucchini into strips and drizzle with the dressing. Add the fresh mint.

Grill the skewers 5 minutes. Regularly. Grill the flat bread 3 minutes. Turn halfway. Serve the skewers with the salad and the flatbread.
