Steak with red wine sauce and ham
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, paprika, cayenne pepper, olive oil, steaks (at room temperature), butter, serrano ham (80 g package) and red wine (full).

Mix the paprika and the cayenne pepper with 1 tbsp oil and brush the steak. Sprinkle with salt. Heat the rest of the oil in a large frying pan and fry the steaks for 3 min. On high heat around brown. Add the butter and cook for 1 more minute. Remove from the pan and leave to rest for 5 minutes under a lid.

In the meantime, fry the ham in 4 min. Until crispy, without oil or butter. Drain on kitchen paper. Pour the red wine into the pan of the steaks and reduce to 2 to 3 minutes on high heat. Place the steaks on a plate, pour the wine sauce and put the ham on it.
