Fish dish from the oven (baby 9 months)
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, winter carrot (in slices), potato slices (450 g), cod fillet (in 4 pieces), cooking cream (light (250 ml)), ground young cheese (bag 175 g), leeks (washed) , liquid casserole butter and orange (pressed).

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cook the winter carrot in 5-7 minutes. In the meantime, cover the bottom of the oven dish with the potato slices. Drain the winter carrot and lay a layer of carrot and cod on the potato slices.

Mix the cream with the cheese, but keep 1 tbsp cream behind. Pour the mixture over the oven dish. Put in the oven for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile cut the leek into 3 pieces of 10 cm and cut into strips. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the leek for 1 min. Extinguish with the orange juice and 1 tbsp cream. Cook for 10 more minutes with the lid on the pan over low heat. Divide the oven dish over 4 plates. Divide the leek over 3 plates. Children under 1 year are not allowed to eat leeks. Sprinkle the plates of the adults with salt and pepper.
