Directions

  1. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the onion until it has become glassy.

  3. Cut the ginger and add.
  4. Fruit everything for 2 minutes and then add both sambals and the ketjapmarinadetoe.
  5. Add any salt to taste.
  6. Add the chicken and cover everything well.
  7. Leave to simmer on a low heat with the lid on the pan.
  8. Spoon the chicken every ten minutes so that nothing burns.
  9. If it gets too dry, add some water.
  10. The chicken is done after about 45 minutes.
  11. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the description on the packaging and stirring vegetables in a dash of oil.
