Macaroni with green beans
Pasta with tomato sauce, green beans and beef chipolata.

Cut the onion into wedges. Boil the macaroni with the green beans in plenty of boiling water according to the instructions on the macaroni packaging.

Cut the chipolata into 2 cm pieces. Heat in a small frying pan frying pan the oil and fry the pieces of sausage golden brown, add the onion and stir fry 5 min.

Add the Sugo Isolana and bring the sauce to the boil. Drain the macaroni with beans.

Spoon them with the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper. Serve the macaroni with ground old cheese.
