Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Heat the oil and fry the onion rings and pepper strips 2-3 minutes. Mix in the sauerkraut and paprika powder.

Put the sauerkraut mixture in an oven dish and place the bacon, apple and sausages on top. Pour the wine over and put the dish in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes.

This recipe is tasty with cooked potatoes with parsley or (sweet) mashed potatoes.
