Oriental tilapia fillet with vegetables
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, winter carrot, red onion, fresh coriander (a 15 g), chili sauce (red), tilapia fillets (fish, approx. 200 g), salt and freshly ground pepper and sesame seeds.

Carrot clean, wash and cut into thin slices.

Peel onion and cut into thin segments.

Coriander coarsely chop.

Add carrot, onion and half of coriander in a microwave dish.

In cup, stir 1 tablespoon of chilli sauce with 1/2 dl of water and pour over vegetables.

Sprinkle the Tilapia fillets with salt and pepper and place them on vegetables next to each other.

Cover with 2 tablespoons chilli sauce.

Rest of coriander and sesame seed that scatter over it.

In microwave oven vegetables and fish covered in about 7-8 minutes at full power (about 800 watts) cooked.

Serve with mashed potatoes..
