Salmon with citrus salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbled potatoes, onion, oranges, red grapefruit, olive oil, salt and pepper, cabbage lettuce, warm smoked salmon steaks (approx. 200 g) and herb butter (pack a 100 g).

Clean potatoes.

Using satan or fork, deeply pierce potatoes at different places.

Potatoes in microwave at full power (700 watts) in about 15 minutes of cooking.

Peel and chop onions.

Peel oranges and grapefruit thickly (so that the skin is peeled away).

Collect juice.

Halve oranges and grapefruit and cut half-fruits into slices.

Mix entrapped juice with oil, salt and pepper.

Save cleaning, washing and drying.

Mix lettuce with orange, grapefruit, onion and dressing.

Heat salmon according to instructions.

Cut open potatoes and divide them over four plates.

Place a piece of herb butter in each potato.

Serve with salmon and citrus salad..
