Cut the chicken into the bone a few times and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Halve the sausages in the width and cut the garlic finely.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken and sausage in brown for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and onion for the last 2 minutes.

Add the carrots with the beans, tomato cubes, wine and herbs to the chicken and sausage.

Bring to the boil and stew everything with the lid at an angle on the pan in 25 minutes until done. Season with pepper and salt.
