Pilaf rice with chicken


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, onions, chicken breast, butter, basmati rice, ground pimento, freshly ground pepper, bay leaves, chicken stock, raisins or currants, poultry (380 ml), pine nuts, olive oil, salt, parsley and dill.

Directions

  1. Peel and chop onions.
  2. Cut chicken fillet into pieces.
  3. Fry 30 g of butter in frying pan.
  4. Onions gently bake for about 3 minutes without letting it color.
  5. Add rice and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Combine allspice, pepper, bay leaf, bouillon tablet and raisins.
  7. Add the fondue and 1/4 liter of water and bring the rice to the boil while stirring.
  8. Cover the rice and boil over a very low heat for about 30 minutes until it is almost dry.
  9. Meanwhile, heat the remaining butter and bake pine nuts lightly brown; occasionally shovel.
  10. Fry olive oil in frying pan and fry chicken until lightly browned and cooked.
  11. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  12. Cover pilafrey and leave for 5 minutes.
  13. Parsley and dill finely cut.
  14. Drain chicken and pine nuts and stir in rice.
  15. Season with salt and pepper.
  16. Sprinkle fresh herbs over it..
