Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and press the garlic above it. Fruit for 1 min. And then add the vegetables and oregano. Stir fry for 4 min. Until the vegetables have thawed.
  2. Pour in the passata and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging. Halve the snack tomatoes.
  4. Divide the pasta over 4 plates. Divide the sauce, snack tomatoes and basil.
