Filo package with carrot and cheese
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: carrot (deleted), pine nuts (80 g), white cheese cubes ((200 g), crumbled), spring onion ((3 pieces), finely chopped), basil (the leaves finely chopped), butter (melted) , pesto alla genovese (duopak 2 x 90 g), olive oil, filo pastry ((frozen), thawed) and sesame seeds (100 g container).

Ingredients
- 1 forest root deleted
- 1 tray pine nuts 80 g
- 1 package white cheese cubes (200 g), crumbled
- 1 bag bunch onion (3 pieces), finely chopped
- 4 twigs basil the leaves finely chopped
- 40 g butter molten
- 1 el pesto alla genovese 2 x 90 g
- 2 el olive oil
- 1 business suit filo pastry (frozen), thawed
- 3 tl Sesame seed container 100 g

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut 300 g carrot coarsely and cook for 4 min. Drain and let cool.

Roast the pine nuts for 2 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter. Mix with the carrot, cheese, spring onion, basil and pepper and salt to taste.

Mix the butter, pesto and 1 tbsp oil. Brush all the dough and make 2 piles of 5 slices.

Divide the root mixture over the piles, fold packets and place them with the seam down on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush them with 1 tbsp oil and sprinkle the sesame seed over it.

Bake the packets in the oven for about 30 minutes. Cut them in half and serve. Tasty with tomato salad.
