Stuffed potatoes with pesto and bacon


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes, wok vegetables (Italian (frozen, 750 g)), bacon (125 g), pesto (alla genoveze (90 g)) and sour cream (125 ml).

Directions

  1. Washing potatoes.
  2. Bring to the boil in deep pan under water with a little salt.
  3. Cook for about 15 minutes.
  4. Vegetables in deep pan over boiling water with a little salt in about 5 minutes.
  5. Cast off.
  6. Dice bacon in hot dry frying pan in about 5 minutes.
  7. Halve potatoes and hollow them out.
  8. Mix vegetables with potato crumbs and pesto.
  9. Divide hot potatoes into 4 plates.
  10. Fill with vegetable mixture.
  11. Distribute sour cream and place slices of bacon on it..
