Stuffed potatoes with pesto and bacon
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes, wok vegetables (Italian (frozen, 750 g)), bacon (125 g), pesto (alla genoveze (90 g)) and sour cream (125 ml).
Bring to the boil in deep pan under water with a little salt.
Cook for about 15 minutes.
Vegetables in deep pan over boiling water with a little salt in about 5 minutes.
Dice bacon in hot dry frying pan in about 5 minutes.
Halve potatoes and hollow them out.
Mix vegetables with potato crumbs and pesto.
Divide hot potatoes into 4 plates.
Fill with vegetable mixture.
Distribute sour cream and place slices of bacon on it..
