Potato soup with patécrostini's


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, carrot (bag a 300 g), crumbly potatoes, basic soup cream (1 liter), spring onions, smeared pâté cream (125 g), baguette and olive oil.

Directions

  1. Cut carrots into cubes.
  2. Peel potatoes, wash and cut into cubes.
  3. Bring soup to the boil.
  4. Add cubes of carrot and potato and simmer soup for about 10 minutes.
  5. Preheat the grill.
  6. Clean the forest onion and cut into rings.
  7. Half of the spring onion by spreading pâté.
  8. Cut up the loaf of bread.
  9. Bake bread with oil and roast golden brown in about 5 minutes under grill.
  10. Remove the rest of the spring onions.
  11. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
  12. Spread the bread with pâté.
