Dutch beetroot with hunter's burger
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, large potatoes ((bag 3 kg) peeled), hunger burger (a 2 pieces), onions (in half rings), red beets ((680 g), drained), pickles (sweet-sour 680 g), in slices), milk, chives ((a 25 g) and finely chopped).

Halve the potatoes and cook them in water for about 25 minutes until done. Heat a frying pan without butter or oil and fry the burgers brown and cooked on both sides in 12 minutes. Remove from the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil. Fry the onions into the shortening for 3 minutes. Add the beetroot, the pickles and 3 tablespoons of gherkin juice. Stew the beets in 5 min. Warm. Scoop occasionally.

Drain the potatoes, pour the milk and bring the milk to the boil. Mash the potatoes with the puree mash, season with salt and pepper and mix in half of the chives. Mix the rest of the chives through the beetroot.

Serve the hunger burgers with the Dutch beetroot and the potato mash.
