A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, cooked chicken fillets (frozen, box of 750 g), onion, mushrooms (250 g), Italian parma ham (75 g), olive oil, Italian stir-fry vegetables mix (frozen, 450 g) and mashed potatoes (natural) ( 2x 135 g)).

Directions

  1. Let chicken fillets thaw according to instructions.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.
  4. Cover chicken breasts with Parma ham.
  5. Heat 3 t of oil in frying pan.
  6. Onions for 2 minutes.
  7. Add chicken fillets and brown tins around.
  8. Heat oil in wok rest.
  9. Stir-fry the vegetables for 5 minutes and then stir-fry for 4 minutes.
  10. Prepare the puree according to the instructions for use.
  11. Mushrooms with chicken fillet and fry for 3 minutes.
