Parmakip fillet on Italian stew
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, cooked chicken fillets (frozen, box of 750 g), onion, mushrooms (250 g), Italian parma ham (75 g), olive oil, Italian stir-fry vegetables mix (frozen, 450 g) and mashed potatoes (natural) ( 2x 135 g)).

Let chicken fillets thaw according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions.

Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

Cover chicken breasts with Parma ham.

Heat 3 t of oil in frying pan.

Onions for 2 minutes.

Add chicken fillets and brown tins around.

Heat oil in wok rest.

Stir-fry the vegetables for 5 minutes and then stir-fry for 4 minutes.

Prepare the puree according to the instructions for use.

Mushrooms with chicken fillet and fry for 3 minutes.

Stir-fry the vegetables with puree and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Slice chicken fillets into slices and put them on stew.
