A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mussels, butter, anchovy fillets ((tin can of 46 g), in pieces), fresh dill ((15 g), finely chopped), crème fraîche (125 ml) and horseradish (pot a 140 g) ).

Directions

  1. Rinse the mussels under running water.
  2. Remove mussels that are broken or that do not automatically close after a large tap on the counter.
  3. Heat the butter in a large pan and fry the anchovies 1 minute.
  4. Place the mussels on them and cook them with the lid on the pan for 5-8 minutes.
  5. Shake the pan (with the lid closed) occasionally well.
  6. Remove the mussels that have not opened after heating.
  7. Sprinkle the mussels before serving with dill.
  8. Stir in a sauce of the crème fraîche with the horseradish and salt and pepper to taste and serve with the mussels..
