Swedish mussels
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mussels, butter, anchovy fillets ((tin can of 46 g), in pieces), fresh dill ((15 g), finely chopped), crème fraîche (125 ml) and horseradish (pot a 140 g) ).

Rinse the mussels under running water.

Remove mussels that are broken or that do not automatically close after a large tap on the counter.

Heat the butter in a large pan and fry the anchovies 1 minute.

Place the mussels on them and cook them with the lid on the pan for 5-8 minutes.

Shake the pan (with the lid closed) occasionally well.

Remove the mussels that have not opened after heating.

Sprinkle the mussels before serving with dill.

Stir in a sauce of the crème fraîche with the horseradish and salt and pepper to taste and serve with the mussels..
