Spaghettini with garlic, pepper and olive oil
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: spaghettini (thin spaghetti), extra virgin olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), red pepper (finely chopped), coarse sea salt and fresh parsley (flattened (20 g)).

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, heat the oil with the garlic in a frying pan over medium heat and add the red pepper and the salt when the garlic begins to lighten. Stir well and remove the pan from the heat. Slice the leaves of the parsley. Drain the spaghetti and drain. Return the frying pan to the heat and stir in the spaghetti and parsley. Mix and serve immediately.
