Mexican chicken dish with saffron rice


A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, yellow rice (with saffron, 325 g), onions, chicken fillets (about 300 g), cajun spices, sunflower oil, Mexicomelange (400 g), kidney beans (400 g) and tomatoes.

Directions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Cut chicken fillet into strips and sprinkle with cajun spices.
  4. Heat oil in frying pan.
  5. Onions 1 min.
  6. Fruit.
  7. Add chicken fillet and cook until tender and brown in 5 minutes.
  8. Drain vegetables and beans and cook them with chicken, co-heat for 2 minutes.
  9. Rice after pouring through mixture and season with salt, pepper and cajun spices.
  10. Wash tomatoes and cut into wedges.
  11. Serve the rice dish in a bowl and garnish with tomatoes.
