Cod with a crusty crust of lemon, Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs, kale with mustard and mashed potatoes.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Clean the lemon and grate the yellow skin. Grate the cheese. Mix the lemon zest, cheese and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
  3. Cut the cod fillet into 4 equal pieces. Grease the oven dish and place the cod in it, divide the parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Press well and bake for approx. 10 minutes in the oven.
  5. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a stirring stir-fry, the kale and mustard 5 min.
  6. Add the water and simmer for 5 minutes with the lid on the pan. Change regularly.
