Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Clean the lemon and grate the yellow skin. Grate the cheese. Mix the lemon zest, cheese and breadcrumbs in a bowl.

Cut the cod fillet into 4 equal pieces. Grease the oven dish and place the cod in it, divide the parmesan breadcrumb mixture.

Press well and bake for approx. 10 minutes in the oven.
