Hamburgers with tomato gravy and pommes gourmandine
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pommes gourmandises potatoes (scrubbed), sundried tomatoes in pot and onion.

Cook the potatoes according to the instructions on the package.

Pour 3 tbsp oil from the pot with tomatoes in a frying pan and fry the burgers on both sides quickly brown. Cut the tomatoes into strips.

Cut the onions into half rings. Add the tomato and ¾ of the onion, reduce the heat and fry the burgers for about 12 minutes. Times regularly.

Drain the potatoes and 200 ml of cooking water. Shake the potatoes dry.

Take the burgers out of the pan, pour the collected cooking liquid into the onion and tomato, add the ketchup and bring the gravy to a high heat while stirring.

Cut the cucumber into strips. Tear the leaves of lettuce smaller.

Dilute the mayonnaise with a little water in a salad bowl. Spoon with the lettuce, cucumber and the rest of onion.

Serve the burgers with the gravy, lettuce and potatoes.
