Warm stir-fry salad with hüttenkäse
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, lemon juice, cottage cheese (box of 200 g), garlic, potatoes (700 g), vegetable mix, eg asparagus / haricot verts / snow peas / broccoli (frozen, a 375 g), meatballs (meat products and a 12 pieces).

Directions

Dressing stirring 6 tablespoons of oil, lemon juice and cottage cheese.

Squeeze out the garlic and season with salt and pepper.

Heat in oil frying pan or wok rest.

Krillies almost ready to cook in approx.

6 minutes.

Mix vegetable mix with baby potatoes and stir-fry for about 6 minutes on a high heat.

Cook meatballs through the vegetable mixture and heat for approx.

2 minutes.

Dressing by mixing the salad.
