A delicious indonesian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tilapia fillets (a 125 g), Balinese herb paste (see tip), lime, spring onion, oil, laos, brown caster sugar, sweet soy sauce, sambal bathrobe and coriander.

Directions

  1. Slice the half-baked fillets in half, rub in with 1 tbsp seasoning and leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Lime clean bulbs and green skin. Lime squeezing. Clean the forest onion and cut into rings. Heat 1 tbsp oil in saucepan and gently fry the rest of the herb paste for about 3 minutes. Lime juice, lime zest, laos, brown sugar and sweet soy marinade are stirred. Simmer sauce for about 3 minutes. Season with sambal.
  2. Fry approx. 1 cm of oil in frying pan with a high edge. Drip pieces of fish and place in hot oil. Cook golden brown and cooked over high heat in approx. 8 minutes, turning cautiously halfway. Place Tilapia fillets on a scale and add spicy sauce. Chop coriander. Fry onion and coriander over it. Serve with pandan rice, tomato salad with sweet soy dressing and prawn cracker.
