Sandwiches with mackerel
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, Pain de Mediterrane (bread), mackerel fillet smoked (about 190 g), tomatoes, cucumber, tomato ketchup, lamb's lettuce (75 g), (olive) oil and vinegar.

Toasting bread.

Remove the sheet from mackerel.

Wash tomatoes and cucumber and cut into slices.

Spread 1 slice of ketchup of bread and invest with lettuce, tomato and mackerel.

Cover with 1 slice of bread, re-invest and cover with a third cut.

Halve sandwiches diagonally and secure with a skewer.

Make oil, vinegar, salt and pepper dressing.

Combine the rest of tomato, cucumber and dressing and serve with sandwiches..
