Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
-
Line the bottom of the roasting pan with baking paper.
-
Mix the salt with the flour. Split the egg and add the protein with the water to the salt. Mix everything together. The egg yolk is not used.
-
Cut the dill coarse and cut the onion into rings.
-
Make a layer of 1 cm thick, slightly larger than the salmon fillet, in the roasting pan. Put the salmon on top, sprinkle with pepper, dill and onion.
-
Spread the rest of the salt mixture evenly over the salmon. Make sure that the salmon is completely covered and that the layer is equally thick everywhere.
-
Put the salmon in the middle of the oven and bake for about 20 minutes just until done.
-
Remove the salmon from the oven, break the salt crust with a knife and serve immediately. The salt crust is not eaten.
