Bantam tuna salad
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes ((pound of lobe, 500 g), scrubbed), eggs, sunflower oil, cherry tomatoes (250 g), artichoke hearts ((400 g), drained), tuna (and dressing sundried tomatoes (160 g)), curly lettuce melange (100 g) and French baguette.

Halve the potatoes and boil for 12 minutes until done. Drain and let cool for 10 minutes. Put them in a large bowl.

Meanwhile, beat the eggs with 1 tbsp water in a bowl. Heat the oil and fry an omelet in 3 minutes. Turn after 2 min. Cut the omelette into pieces and put into the bowl.

Halve the tomatoes and artichoke hearts and put them in the bowl. Mix in the tuna and dressing and finally toss the salad through the salad. Serve with the baguette.
