Bean stew with catalan sausages
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Catalan bratwurst (6 pieces), olive oil, garlic (peeled), white beans ((370 g), drained), red kidney beans ((400 g), drained), broad beans (fine (frozen , 300 g)), tomato cubes (400 g) and dried oregano.

Halver sausages.

Heat oil in frying pan and cook gently on a medium heat for 5 min.

Squeeze garlic over sausage and fry for 1 min.

Produce white beans, kidney beans and frozen broad beans through sausage.

Add tomato cubes with liquid and oregano.

Whole in a further 10 min.

Soft oven, occasionally shovel.

Season the stew with salt and pepper.

Tasty with roasted brown bread, for example Fougasse de Boulogne..
