Bean stew with catalan sausages


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Catalan bratwurst (6 pieces), olive oil, garlic (peeled), white beans ((370 g), drained), red kidney beans ((400 g), drained), broad beans (fine (frozen , 300 g)), tomato cubes (400 g) and dried oregano.

Directions

  1. Halver sausages.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan and cook gently on a medium heat for 5 min.
  3. Squeeze garlic over sausage and fry for 1 min.
  4. Produce white beans, kidney beans and frozen broad beans through sausage.
  5. Add tomato cubes with liquid and oregano.
  6. Whole in a further 10 min.
  7. Soft oven, occasionally shovel.
  8. Season the stew with salt and pepper.
  9. Tasty with roasted brown bread, for example Fougasse de Boulogne..
